Synbra on a mission
Based in the Netherlands, with operations throughout Western Europe, we are the specialist in expanded polystyrene (EPS) and speciality foams for industrial products and solutions and sustainable insulation systems. Synbra has been the source of many innovations in various markets. Innovations that make work easier, products better and businesses more profitable. We like to be ahead of time, for the benefit of our customers. That’s Synbra, that’s our culture and EPS is our passion.

Synbra Holding - A market based organisation structure
Synbra consists of a holding company and six clusters, which are active in the fields of construction and packaging and in the production of raw materials and recycling. One of the reasons for Synbra’s innovative strength is that we have geographically positioned ourselves very close to our markets. As a whole the group employs 1.400 people and has 30 production locations in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Denmark, Portugal and the UK. Plants are situated locally to customers and are managed by local experts. This market oriented ‘local approach’ keeps us in close touch with our markets on a daily basis. Thinking globally, acting locally, enables us to anticipate and react rapidly to developments in local markets and to improve our product ranges via an open and constructive dialogue with our customers. These positive interactions have resulted in many of our innovations throughout the years.
